Loose is a stretching and flexibility mobile application that provides guided routines and fitness content. The app is intended for general wellness purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Loose offers a freemium model with optional paid subscriptions:
All subscriptions include a 3-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
The stretching routines and content provided in Loose are for general fitness and wellness purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise programme, especially if you have any injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations. Use the app at your own risk.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not transfer or sell your account to another person.
All content in Loose, including illustrations, routines, text, and design, is owned by Loose and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loose shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the past 12 months.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through informal negotiations. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Lisbon, Portugal, conducted in English.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any legal proceedings shall take place in Lisbon, Portugal.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
